I let my daughter give me a hand at tidying up our house, so she can understand the importance of helping and keeping one’s surrounding clean.

The result- she wants to vacuum each and every corner of the house herself, and not just that she is now spotting strands of hair in one corner, remnants of pasta cooked two days back, in another, crumpled tissue(s) at various other corners 😯 😯

I see where she’s getting at- her Amma has not been very good at this whole art of cleaning herself 😦

Point noted, Darling. Now hand me back my vacuum cleaner. Enough of cleaning! 🙄

    1. LOL whenever Mom asked us what we wanted for lunch/dinner etc.., we used to tell her not to eat our head and add that we wud eat anything 😛
      And nw, I ask Su everyday to hear the same response 😦

  7. hee hee :):) my lil nephew (!!) is exactly like that! He`s addicted to the V. cleaner! It`s becoming more of a pain for my sister now – these cleaning sprees. Hugs to the lil one

    D: Hugs! Namnam has been so fascinated with the V.cleaner that she insists on using it every time she spots even a slightest dust 😀

  8. lolz can I have Namnu please? Am the one here who has OCD when it comes to cleanliness and the boys just enjoy my hard work. They even have the nerve to point out a turmeric stain on my apron and say “how come you didn’t dry clean it after every cooking?” 😡

      I couldn’t agree more to Sakshi’s comment, my hubby enjoys browsing the internet while pointing scuff marks here and there from the comfort of the couch 😉

    But these girls are always aiming at finding fault with the moms – and this continues, Deeps… I always feel like walking on broken glass, for I never know when I’ll be caught and for what !!!! 😉 Girls are very smart !!! 🙂

    D: Arre, I was as lazy as you when I was a kid, re..and yet I never let go of a chance to point out the slightest of dust to my Ma..aah she used to be so irritated with me 😆
