Baba re baba! So many takers for Sabudana khichdi!! π
Thank you all! Its one of my favorites too π
Shilpa, Sarita, mine used to get a bit sticky too. And then one of my friends advised me to measure the water with exactly the same amount of sabudana to soak. In here, I soaked 1 cup of Sabu-dana in 1 cup of water for about 8 hours. The water was enough for the seed to fluff up, I didnt have to drain away any excess. Try doing the same and do let know if comes out well π
Wow!! How nice and ‘khili khili’ your sabudana khichdi is! Mine usually gets sticky! π
