Namnam & I are back after a fabulous vacation.It feels great to be home.Yet I feel awful about leaving my parents.There’s nothing more comforting than their pampering,is there?I was practically detached from all sorts of domesticity.Namnam literally reveled in the care of her grandparents and Jayantididi.She had a memorable birthday with them.Her day was made even more special with wishes that poured in from the blog-world too.
So thank you all again for your wishes and blessings to her 🙂
Settling back to domesticity,as I realize,is not proving very difficult,thanks to my darling husband.R has ensured that the house is in order and there’s not much sorting out to do.The only thing that may take a while(read ages) for me is unpacking and arranging things back in the wardrobes and kitchen shelves.Yes kitchen shelves too,you read it right! C’mon where am I going to stack all the sambar powders,pickles(slurp all you want people!),ghee and sweets that Amma made for us??!
Needless to say,packing and unpacking are the only two aspects of vacation I hate!
So,to cut the long story short,it may take me a few days more to fully get back into the groove.While I get on with my unpacking,let me stamp my arrival with a tag that Sandhya passed on to me a month back.I’m to list down 6 fast & furious songs of my choice.Now as much as it was difficult to limit my choices to just 6,I’ve picked up 6 hindi songs I love at random from 6 decades ranging from 1950 to the current.
So here they are..hope you like them!
On that dancing note,I’m off to sorting out my unfinished chores so that I can indulge in some serious blog-hopping soon.My reader is flooded and I’ve a lot to catch up on.So let me not waste any more time!Please forgive me in advance if I’m late in coming to your page.

All the songs are super duper best songs….I love all the songs. All the songs are famous even now. You can notice that in the reality shows!
Amma is amma, always, Deepu. So, your husband keeps the house in order, in your absence. Lucky you! My husband too does it, atleast before I come back!

Hmmm you lucky devil…you get to come back to a house in order?? I get back to a tsunami effected house even when I just go away for 3 hours once in a while. Both my hubby and son are bulldozers in disguise 😦
